Membership subscriptions are billed monthly, with payment and access renewing every month from the day of your purchase. If you cancel your subscription after making a payment for the current month, you will not have access to the service starting the following month.

In accordance with Dutch law, if you have not received access to or any of the materials you purchased, you may be eligible for a refund. Please note that requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase. However, if you have already received access or have received the materials, no refunds will be possible.
